Location
Triangle area including Durham, Chapel Hill, Raleigh and surrounding areas
Terms: 1099 job, hours range from 30 - 40+ hours per week
Starting pay: $20/hour +10% Profit share

Responsibilities:
Oversee day to day operations of specific jobsite(s)
Communicate with clients at jobsite
Coordinate with subcontractors 
Direct and account for ReNEW workers
Ensure the job is finished on time, within budget and is high quality
Take pictures of work daily; during construction, as problems arise, and as work is completed

Additional tasks
Complete site visits with and without Jordan to create job estimates
During a project, The PM must maintain the correct timesheet location of their team to corroborate their personal man hour count.

Tips for success
Communicate weekly schedule and availability with Office Manager. This will ensure you are scheduled for a site visit. 
PMs can and should help other PM’s, hours must be accounted for by the principal PM.
Once a project is completed, and you have followed up with client, Jordan and Office Manager should be notified by email so they can send the final invoice. PM will receive the profit share the payday after payment is received, so efficiently communicating completion will make this process faster. 

Notes
PM and Jordan will talk through expectations and full SOW before starting each project.
Upselling and recommendations for additional work and change orders should be done so sparingly and carefully. Timeline of other projects and cash flow must be considered first. Please consult Jordan before pursuing. 
If a client decides work is unsatisfactory and is due to workmanship and or damages, the project manager will repair/fix work at their cost.
ReNEW Workers will work a minimum of 30 hrs a week with an option for more if possible. Jobsite management must allow for this.
